1. Trader Terms – Anchored in Gosport Bespoke Markets
Booking and Payment
A trading pitch is only confirmed once your invoice is paid in full and your signed booking form is received.
Traders must provide:
A copy of Public Liability Insurance (minimum cover of £2 million)
For food traders: a copy of Local Authority Registration and Food Hygiene Certificate.
Essential Event Information
Location: Gosport High Street, PO12 1DA
Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Setup:
Arrival from 7:30 AM.
All vehicles must be removed by 9:30 AM.
Traders must be fully set up by 10:00 AM.
Breakdown:
Traders must not pack up before 8:00 PM.
Pitches must be cleared by 9:00 PM.
Parking
Free onsite parking will be signposted for traders.
Electricity
Electricity is only available for food and drink traders.
Electricity needs must be confirmed at least three weeks before the event.
Traders are responsible for their own risk assessments regarding electrical use and public safety.
Wi-Fi and Payments
No Wi-Fi is provided.
Traders are responsible for arranging their own payment systems.
Waste Management
All waste must be removed by the trader.
Site bins are for visitor use only.
Gazebo/Structure Requirements
Traders must supply a 3m x 3m gazebo, unless otherwise agreed with Nest & Anchor Events.
It is the trader’s responsibility to ensure:
The structure is safe and secure.
The gazebo is properly weighted down.
Failure to properly secure your structure may result in being asked to leave the event without refund.
2. Terms Specific to Traders
Right to Refuse Applications
Nest & Anchor Events reserves the right to refuse any application at our discretion.
Any fees paid will be refunded if an application is refused.
Exclusivity
We do not guarantee exclusivity within any category or product type, unless specifically agreed in writing.
Sale of Goods
You may only sell items that were approved during the booking process.
Sale of unauthorised items is not permitted.
Pitch Allocation
Pitch location is allocated at the sole discretion of Nest & Anchor Events and is non-negotiable.
Cancellation
Trader cancellations: Pitch fees are non-refundable.
Event cancellation: If Nest & Anchor Events cancel the event, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
Risk Assessment
Each trader must complete a risk assessment covering their setup and trading activities to protect public safety.
Conduct and Behaviour
Traders are expected to act professionally and courteously towards visitors, organisers, and other traders.
Poor conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
Damage to Site
Any damage caused by traders will be charged to the trader responsible.
Liability
All trading is at the trader’s own risk.
Nest & Anchor Events is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to trader stock, equipment, or structures.
3. Terms of Use – Website and Social Media
Use of Website
By accessing our Website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.
You may not attempt to misuse the Website, extract data unlawfully, or use it in a way that may damage the service for others.
Interaction on Social Media
We encourage positive engagement on our social media pages.
We reserve the right to remove comments, posts, or messages that are:
Abusive
Defamatory
Spammy
Offensive
Irrelevant to the community
Persistent inappropriate behaviour may result in being blocked from our pages.
4. Changes to These Terms
Nest & Anchor Events reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on the Website and will take immediate effect.
